Coraline buildup over silicone on a glass tank

I have been reading this forum for quite some time and searched everywhere before making this post. I have read many posts regarding the removal of coraline algae from glass, but nothing regarding the problem of the silicone seals. I can't simply scrape the coraline off with a razor blade in the corners so I am stumped. Any advice at this point would be great advice.

Use a plastic spoon, and be gentle. Pull the spoon toward the surface with just enough pressure to flex the silicon just a bit. Orient the spoon bowl side of spoon facing the silicon, angled so that the tip of the bowl is the farthest from the direction of pull.

Welcome to TRT.
I just leave it on there. My tank has some nice trim pieces going up the 4 corners and you can't even see the silicone.

actually, I leave the coralline in the corners as well to avoid manipulating the silicon, but if you HAVE to remove it...
