Coralife Gloves.....

Hello, When i purchased my VHO retrofit kit i needed to spend $5 more to get free shipping. So i was looking around on the site and noticed these Coralife Gloves. I bought them without seeing if anyone has used them before or what not. I hope these are good gloves......

One question if coraline algae starts to grow on these gloves is this a problem?

I've heard that they work pretty good for a while then end up cracking or splitting. Someone will pipe in that owns a pair.

I use disposable shoulder length gloves, found in a farm supply store, primarily used for pregnancy checking livestock. Then I put on a normal latex glove so it gives a little more dexterity. Something like these; but you can find them for a lot cheaper in a local store.

I use them, their have blue water repellant material from upper arm to wrist, bright orange gloved heavy duty hand. All one piece. I actually use one pair for the tank-use another for outdoor stuff. I love em'!

I have a pair that I have used, They work but the livestock shoulder length ones from the feed store are better, I get then ten pairs I think for 2.49 or ten gloves for that Cheap. Use them once and thow away. I only use glove to protect the tank and not so much to protect me as I work often with chemicals. But the ones you got will do the job.

I have them and only find them useful when working with moving rocks and such. They are too bulky for anything that will require a light touch. When wearing them I can't feel anything, which I find quite important when moving delicate corals.

I also have to agree with jeff as you can't feel a thing when wearing them,
