Coralife Bronze PC Lighting - NEED HELP MOUNTING

I have four of these 24inch units sitting on top of my 75gal tank just like this:

HOW CAN I MOUNT THESE LIGHTS WITH LEGS?????

The centered black plastic bracket on my tank only has an edge to hold a piece of glass....the rest of it is FLAT...and I dont have ideas on HOW legs would mount to this center bracket.

IDEAS? I'm stumped.

Just lay some 1x2 boards across the top of the tank

Or if you have a canopy run the boards front to back and then nail them to the canopy to support the lights!.

This is how my hood is in my canopy!

use 2 seperate pieces of eggcrate for either side.
This way you can lift the lights off of one side to feed, get in tank, etc.

don't use the legs, you are giving up a lot of light that way.
Do you have a canopy on this tank?

no, eggcrate is designed with one side thicker than the other to focus or diffuse the light, depending on what look you want.

Its great stuff, and like I said, you can focus the light better too.
