Coral Reef Conservation Bill: CSPAN NOW!

There is a Coral Reef Conservation bill about to be passed at the U.S. House of Representives. Hopefully it will not have a huge impact on our hobby. By the looks of it the bill is designed to wipe away foriegn debt owed to the United States if it preserves it coral reefs. I'll try to dig deeper to find out more. If this does pass(which it looks like it will) may mean that corals will be VERY hard to come by in the near future.

Ok looks like this is the skinny of the bill. For countries that owe United States money: If they incorperate a program that preserves[that countries] coral reef population. Sounds like a good thing for the wild coral reef population.
