coral banded shrimp

Its been a very long time from my last post. But the salt is still in my blood! So I have two tanks a 38gal and a 3gal. I want to take the 3gal down. I just have not done much with it over the past 4 year. All I have in it is a coral banded shrimp and some nassarius snails. In the 38gal I have 3 fish and lots of coral. The fish I have are a Yellowstripe Maroon Clownfish, Yellow Damselfish, very big Royal Gramma Bassle. So I want to add the small tank to the big tank. About 2 years ago I had a Catalina Goby in with the coral banded shrimp and after about 3mth the coral banded shrimp had the Goby for dinner. So do you think it would eat my fish in the 38gal?

Nope had one in our 28 gallon and I don't think a Coral Banded is a threat to anything except a little chunk of algae tab.

Can you post a picture and make sure we are talking about the same thing?

The fish you have sound like they would be able to put up a bigger fight than the shrimp could handle. I think you would be fine.

I could see where some gobys, blennys and dragonettes could easily be lunch for a large CBS.
