coral banded

trying to catch a pic of my wrass i looked to the back or my tank and saw my coral banded eating my blood shrimp !!!!!!!i am pissed is this normal of these guys or waaa ?ihave had him 2 years my blood 3 i lost my cleaner shrimp about a month ago ! iam wondering if its this guy knocking them off !

If you caught him eating one... And you dont know what happened to the others.... I mean I dont wanna say.. but you know.......

yep but its been 2 years these guys been in the same tank !!!i cant beleave this i got the blood as a little little baby 4 cheap witch i never see any more 2 25 bucks now thir like 40 42 dollors big!! that was my favorite any way things happen i guess.........

I've had couple of cbs, for a couple of yrs each. IME they didn't eat live tankmates (though I'm sure they could), just ones that died, more scavenging types. I know a lot of people won't put them in their tanks because of fear of killing tankmates, but is it possible the blood shrimp died first? (3 yrs is a long time for one of them)

Oh yeah, my coral banded single handedly went through 3 skunk cleaner shrimp before he finally met his demise. I will not own another one that is for sure.

yea i hear u all iam gonna get him out when iam ready his probley as big as hes gonna get ill takem to the lfs and get a skunk thows guys are pretty and i lovem cuz when i put my hand in the tank they go strate up my fingers lol.... still kinda pissed
