Are you sure that is a condy? I really looks like a BTA.

Ok, engineering questions...

How long did it take to fill the tank?
How about a pic of the CL?
Have you thought about using a Hammerhead pump for the return?
What kind of chiller do you have on that tank?
How many watts are all the heaters?
Are you using a calcium reactor?

Are you using a calcium reactor? nope. Calcium added to water change water. That and the substrate is crushed coral.
