Question

Conch

Any ideas on what kind of conch I saw last night?

It was white with some black/brown rings around. It's too small for a pic about 3mm right now.

Looks a little like a bumblebee snail but white with black/brown bands.

I've done a GIS and haven't been able to find anything.

I there's a couple dangerous ons and would like some ideas.

Hmm, only ones i know of in the trade are: Queen,Fighting and horse conch,,
sure it was a conch, and not a snail of some sort?
You see this at a shop or what? if it was at a shop, you would think the shop oughta know what it is,,,mebbe that rare "assorted" conch i hear about, like the "assorted" butterfly's, damsels, wrasse, tangs etc. (sorry my experience at a LFS if coming back to haunt me LOL
Any way to get us a picture here? might help,,,,

It's in my tank, I haven't added anything since about March or April. I was looking at a post that had a paper on snails. It looks like it could be a cone snail? or a type of abalone

Can't get a pic, it's only 2-3mm! I probably won't see it again for a few weeks anyway. Big tank - itty-bitty creature.

Verrrrrry frustrating!
