Question

Compatibility Question

My LFS has 2 fish I would love to have, a BAR GOBY, and a WHITE GHOST GOBY, are the 2 compatible??? I cannot find much information about the ghost anywhere. If not, tell me some small fishes that are compatible with the Bar Goby. Tank specs and info in my signature. Thanks for eveyone's help, I love this site.

I have bar gobies with firefish , pj cardinals, chromis , twin spot goby , sixline wrasse . The bar gobies hang out more towards the top so maybe a blennie would mix in good for you .

I did get the bar goby, but loved the white ghost goby too, I noticed that the bar goby does hang out mostly at the top(did at the LFS too), the white ghost seems to hang out lower in the LFS tanks, or a purple firefish(would really like a helfrichi firefish, but cost $$$), the ghost and a purple firefish are the same price, just wondered which would probably be a better compatibility with the bar goby. Any one else have some input?

gobies are pretty non caring with what else is in the tank. they also do not seem to care about other gobies. the biggest problem you have with gobies is jumping.

Thanks geoff, I knew they had a jumping issue, but I have a full glass cover on the display part of the aquapod, so, they're not getting out that way.
