CLS Input

Well I know im beating this topic to death but I finally have the stand and my drill bits and Im ready to go... For those that dont know I have a 180gal BB tank that will be mixed reef. I have decided to go with 2 1.5" CLS inputs with a spray bar setup on the bottom to blast everything away. I am choosing to use some type of power heads instead of doing the CLS for in tank water flow, I figured I am too new into the hobby and my ideas might change an awful lot, so powerheads with a very good controller will be the way to go, the CLS will power the spray bars constantly. I have hole saws for 1/2", 3/4",1" and 1.5" bulkheads. I did some searching and it seems like 3/4" is the way to go with spray bars. My aqauscaping will be 3 large mounds. I will have 2 mounds in the corners and one in the middle, possibly some shelf type rock connecting them all.... I will place my 2 1.5" CLS inputs 18" in from the side corners which will let me have each input being feed by exactly 1/2 of the tank. Can anyone point me into the direction as to how many returns I should use for the spray bar system? Should I go with just 2 inputs or should I go with 4 and have each spray bar being fed by 2 inputs? 3/4" plumbing or 1"?
I also will be using my overflows to feed my sump, I will also plan on using the returns from the overflows as well with at least 4 korillas or tunzes. Since Im going BB I want some serious flow in there

never go less than 1" for any cls outlet ports OR spraybars

without know what pumps you re planning to use I can recommend how many 1.5" intakes to use, but I can say you want them a little above halfway mark in the tank and closer than 18" most likely. Go walk to the side of the tank with the canpoy on and reach in and touch the back wall at the height I just described. You dont want them any farther than that as the screens will need maintained every so often. ON one of mytanks I put a couple of them too far to reach and it is a PITA

I did just find a cheaper source for the intake screens though than I use to know of....
