Clowns In Nano Tanks


Hey i was wondering if it would be ok of a Clown In A Nano Enviroment.
And for how long?

True on what type of clowns. Percs are ok, something like a clarkii wouldnt be.

i currently have two true perculas in a 5.5G (temporary setup)
they seem to do just fine. they are not fully grown though. small one is a little over 1" the biggest one is about 2"

That should be fine. Even in the wild clown fish don't have a huge territory.

Yup, that combo should be no problem as long as it's the only 2 fish. If you're hoping for more, you may run into territorial problems, as the clowns may get pretty aggressive.

Well This is what i want
----------------- Yellow Watchman Goby
----------------- Emerald Crab
----------------- Pistol Shrimp
----------------- Some Form of Cleaner Shrimp
----------------- And a Scooter Bleeny
----------------- Pair of Black & White Fals Perks

Is this to much for a 10 Gal tank ?

if it is what whould you get rid of ?

Lose the scooter blenny and you'll be alright. I don't think a tank that small would sustain the dietary needs of that fish. But the goby and 2 clowns should do fine, and the inverts shouldnt be a concern.

I have 2 darwin clowns (they stay tiny for a very long time) in an 8.8g nano, and they are doing great!
