The water is fine. Just every now and then they back up to the anenome and shake. We have never had a clown pair with an anenome before so we are not sure what the behavior means.

All are male and the larger more dominate will change to female. The males can change to female but not back.

The larger one will not necessarily be the dominant one. In most cases they are. The larger percula or more dominant percula will then take the role as the female and usually will show a change in size and be larger. The shaking is usually the sign for establishing dominance. It is nothing to worry about.

the size of the clown isn't as iimportant as the size of the amenome
clowns can love the anemone to death if the anemone isn't big enough
I think I read somewhere it (the anemone) should be 3x the size of the clown
