Clown Changing Color

My maroon clown is changing from orange to black- is this normal. Attached are before and after pix

yup meant tomato but typed maroon- makes ya wonder what the kids did to my keyboard (always blame the kids) cause I know I typed tomato ! or is that tomatoe.....
