Nice puffer

Persistent cloudy water is not a good thing. High levels of ammonia is one possible prob.

How long has the tank been set up?

What do you add to the tank (additives, food, etc)?

Have you tested your water parameters. If so, what are they?

You may check the archives for articles concerning cloudy water and tank cycles.

Yes its pretty normal when cycling give it some more time to clear and maybe run some carbon.

if you have very fine sand than this is normal. it takes a couple of days for it to settle back down after being disturbed. as the bacteria colonize the sand it will get heavier and will not blow around as much.

in the whole scheme of things, that is a very young tank. the sand is still light and has not been completely colonized yet. i am a little long, but i do not think a tank is cycled until after 2 months.

just leave it be.. run some carbon in the filter if you want. it is still in the very beginning stages.. keep testing say every other day or every 3 days and you should see the levels start to drop to normal ranges.
