Cloudy Lion eyes

Hi all! thought i would throw this one out here, since i have no meds here, and need to swing by the LFS after work tomorrow, My Volitan lion, and puffer have a bit of a cloudy eye deal going on in my 180 FO. nothings changed , as far as i can tell, gonna do a W/T on the tank inna lil bit,,,,just wondering what you all suggest for treatment,,,

tank inhabs:
Volitan
Clown trigger
Porc Puffer
Snowflake eel
Will prob have to take out carbon in the sump during treatment,,,also use Purigen,,,think i need to take that out too?
