No medications needed. I'll bet you $5 that it's flukes aka trematodes. Most angels come in with them unless wholesalers treat them.
Best cure is a 7 minute freshwater bath. Fresh RO - close to same as tank temp. Don't worry about pH or anything else - just put the fish in it and leave it there for 7 minutes. If the fish lies down or curls up, gently prod it to keep it upright. After 3-4 minutes you'll see little clear/opaque sesame-seed looking things start to peel off, fall off, fall out of mouth and gills.
Repeat this procedure daily until the fish dips clean (nothing falls off). Only ONCE daily. Don't cut the procedure short or you won't kill off the trematodes. The change in osmotic pressure takes a few minutes to take effect but the result is the little boogers implode and fall off. Bad infestations the fish looks like it's in a snow globe afterward
If you really want to quarantine and medicate, use PraziPro made by Hikari. DO NOT put PraziPro in your main tank - hospital tank ONLY.
Freshwater bath usually works - works fast, low stress.

Usually the cloudy eyes are a secondary infection. My clowns just had this and used Melafix or Pimafix, can't remember which one. I also turned the lights off for a couple days to keep the stress level low.

I'm going to respectfully disagree on this one. MelaFix and PimaFix are not going to work for this (and IMO don't do much for marines but that's another post).
I'm not trying to butt heads - but I've handled hundreds of angels. This is *the* most common problem with them.
Copper won't work. Formalin won't work. Antibiotics and homeopathic stuff won't work.
Freshwater bath *works*.
And if you really want to medicate, since you are dealing with a flatworm, you need a deworming medication. PraziPro is Praziquantel - same stuff your vet prescribes to de-worm your cat or dog.
Again - I'm not trying to debate or start an argument or step on anybody's toes - just telling you from having dealt with imported fish for the last 7 years, that's what it is most likely to be in that specie.
What occurred in the clowns was likely a bacterial infection - that results in swelling also, and is totally different from what the Koran is most likely to have.
With any parasite infestation the possibility of a secondary infection does exist, but in my experience, getting rid of the trematodes is usually enough and the fish will heal on its own without further interference.
Respectfully
Jenn

Jenn, I had no idea that flukes can cause cloudy eyes. I'll give the fwd a shot asap.

Yep. They are semi-clear sort of opaque almost sesame-seed looking. They can most easily infest the eyes, mouth, and gills as it's easier to attach to soft tissue than penetrate scales - but they can wedge between scales if all the soft places are taken. When they start to die in FW they will peel off and drop into the dip water. I recently went to a customer's to dip a Passer angel with the same affliction. In 7 minutes we counted 26 that came off. We could only actually *see* one or two on one eye... they came out of the mouth and gills.
I think the fish feels relief afterward - having gills and mouth infested can hamper respiration.
Let me know how you make out.

Holy cow! That's a LOT!
Glad it worked - I'd repeat that procedure once a day for a few days just to be sure.
Cheers,
Jenn
