closed lop? new to this style

ok i am trying to up the flow in my tank. i am thinking about the closed loop system. how would I go about adding one to my tank? it is not drilled for one and is glass and i do not want to drill if i don't have to.

can i keep the pump inside the stand and just run some pvc pipe from the top of the tank down to the pump for the input and then from the pump run a T and have two returns?

sorry for all the questions but i can not seem to find any books on how to build one of these.

also it is going in my 29 gallon so what size pump and brand would be good for this?

thank you very much for the link that helped me a lot and not only that it just happens to be for a 29 like i have. i do see some mods needing to be made to fit the way i have mine set up but i think it will work. thank you very very much.

Yup, thats a pretty good simple set up. Im actualy going to use a simular design when I set up the 29 for my wife.
