Closed loop pump

Ive al readyy ordered the skimmer and tank for the new tank project.
Now I need a external. pump for the closed loop.
I want the CL to be the only means of circulation of the tank.
I want to have about 4 or 5 exits / discharges.
How many GPH do I need and what pump to use,.

The tank will most likely be drillled for the CL.
This is a 30 breeder

you know, I might go with a tunze nano stream or the smalllest stream instead, because the external pumps use alot of power.
The tunze will pay for itself compared to an external pump.
