Clockworks 120g BB sps Setup and progression pics(image intense)

Ah where to start! I guess I will start with an equipment list

Lighting: 3x250 Sunlight Supply Reef Optix DE pendants with icecap ballasts and Phoenix 14k bulbs.
2x95 VHO Super actinic powered by Ice cap 660 vho ballast
Filtration: Euro Reef 8-2 and ASM G-3

Flow : 3x Tunze 6100 streams with single controllers. I also have a closed loop with a Dolphin Ampmaster 3000. For the return I use a mag 12.

Sump: 60g custom acrylic sump . Sump houses my 2 skimmers, Phosban reactor, return pump, chiller pump , heater and Aquacontroller probes.

Control: Aquacontroller 2

Cooling:West Coast Aquatics 1/4 mini chiller with Ranco temp controller(redundancy) and a fan in the canopy.

Heating: 350w won bros titanium heater.

Top off: Reef Fanatic AT system with dual switches

Other stuff:

Sander 50mghr ozone unit with 250g airdrier being pushed by a luft airpump and controlled by the aquacontroller.

Phosban reactor with mj400 running phosban.

Korralin 1502 calcium reactor controlled by milwaukee sm122 ph controller.

Closed loop feeds four 1inch bulkeads and has 6 outlets total.

For fish I have a medium PBT, 2 PJ cardinals,2 bicolor anthias and 3 lubbucks wrasses.

With that said I will start with some stand construction pics.

While it was in frame stage

Upside down

As you can see I wanted the stand to hold it weight

Oh BTW here is my crude thought of what I wanted to build .

The idea was to have enough room for all the equipment I planned on running and still have all the cloosed loop stuff.

Here is the stand inside with the frame sealed and the top stained. Yes as you can see there is another stand in these pics It was the first one .Which was too small for everything so thats the reason for this bigger one.

Here is the stand after I got the 3/4 inch skins on .

Here the tank has made it on the stand over a year after the purchase of the tank .

Here was the return and drain plumbing during the FW test.

And here is the tank with the temp pc lighting over it during FW test .

During the FW test I noticed how load my overflows were so here was my solution .

Parts list for 2 durso standpipes.

2 1 1/4 x1 inch reducers . This is to go from my 1 inch bulkhead to 1 1/4 piping.

2 1 1/4 inch couplings these slip right onto the 1 1/4 x 1 reducer.

2 1 1/4 t's

2 1 1/4 street 90's (found at lowes)

2 1 1/4 slip caps

Problem solved

The next task to attack was the closed loop . After many trial and error this is what ended up working for me

After that mess was figured out and done I moved onto finishing the stand. Which took a while to do since I went with maple. I ended up making all my moldings and doors.

Here is the canopy framing .

After that I sealed it as I did with the stand then moved onto the skins Which I use 1/4in mape sheet.

Here are my 2 skimmers at work .

The tester I use for testing low range PO4

All of the rock in after it had been cooked for months . The aim for this tank was to provide the lowest nutrient enviroment I could with lost of flow. I decided BB because I had already been having sucess with the method in my mixed tank at the time which was going for 9m prior to the 120 .
