What are your tank specs? How are you cleaning your tank? Are you running carbon in your filter?

What size tank is it? How many fish do you have in it? What kind of filtration are you using?

Shrimp as in Mysis or brine shrimp? How often do you feed? When you clean what type of cleaning do you do? Do you siphone out water then add water back in only. or are you stiring your substrate up?

The last questions is do you stir up the bottom of your tank while you are cleaning?

Brine Shrimp are not that healty for fish, look into getting mysis shrimp. Also you really only need to feed every other to every third day. I feed my fish like that and many other people do. Instead of bleach use vinager water mixture to clean your dead corals. It is safer for the fish. What kind of flow do you have? I know when i had my small tank with little flow it would always cloud up when i added more flow it kept it clearer.
