cleaner wrass had a warning shot from the parrot fish

hi my cleaner wrass has a bruse about the size of the parots jaw its healing up nicly and im feeding garlic rich food, its still eating well and swimming round the tank,,, leaving the parrot well alone, do i need to treat it with anything else or let it heal up naturaly, its got abit like a human scab forming over the area been bitten
i gave him a dip in fw to make sure his gills were fine and seems to be doing good
