Clean Your Chiller!!!
My chiller started making a funny noise so I figured it was time to oil the fan. I opened up the unit and the evaporator coil was fully blocked for at least half of the coil! A quick blow down with compressed air cleared it all out. The electric bill is high enough without the chiller running at half capacity.....
