i like to get mine in first because i don't wanna put fish in then have them making messes before i get the cleaners in.
I will be adding a smalll clean up crew consisting of 5 astrea, 5 cerith, and I probably will add 5 hermits as well with the pair of clowns. I then will alternate probably every two weeks and add a few more snails until I have a full clean up crew, then I will slowly add more fish.

Not sure how large a tank you have but a few algae eating snails will make short work of a diatom bloom in most tanks. Common mistake made by new aquarist is to purchase a large CUC for diatom blooms .. not necessary and often results in a dead CUC (starvation) which can re-start a cycle.
