clasification by description

alright well for the past couple of days while observing my tank ive spotted this weird little gastropod. hes an off white color, looks like a snail with just a little flat shell for a shell. when i was watchin him today i saw him squirt something looking like a haze out of his siphon i guess youd call it, anyone know if that is dangerous stuff or like just filtered water? once again he kinda of looks like he travels more like a chaeton much faster than a snail. and he is white with just a tiny flat white shell on his back..maybe covers 2/5 of entire body when its out. well just thoguth somebody would know what it might be...thanks

hey blennyman

My first guess is a Stomatella varia not harmful at all, great algae eaters; I wish they would sell them.
