Chromis and BTA??

My chromis bit my Bubble tip anemone today twice. He pinched two of the tenticles and now those tentacles are dark greyish (almost black) and shrivled up into a little curl.

I thought anemones were suppose to be lethal to all fish but clowns?

As far as the tenticles on the anemone go they will be ok.

He is just

Different species have different lethal stings. I don't really know a ton on this...but the carpets are supposedly Lethal and the BT aren't to bad.

i just noticed that the tentacles inflated back up again but you can still see the point where they were pinched.

The first bite was while i was feeding it some brime shrimp. I guess he liked the taste of the anemone and bit it again about 5-10 minutes later.
