Well, kinda both. I know that the worms need the slime from the coral, but up until a few days ago I thought it was just LR and it's not. It's a live coral. The one I have looks pretty dead, but I've noticed some areas coming to life and I tried researching to see what I should expect. All I've gotten so far is Strong light and High flow.
