Have you tried fans on the sump? This can drop your temp a few degrees. Just get two (or even one) small fans and aim them at the water in the sump. If that wont work, check out the 1/10th Horsepower chiller from Pacific Coast Imports. I have one I got from Premium Aquatics and it runs on my 150. Its great and at a realy good price. Casey has the same one on his 200.

No problem! Have you gone the fan route yet?

I run 79, it gives you a bit of a cushion should something be amiss and warm up. 80s is too high. Set the fan aimed right at the water surface, also would be a good idea to put the fan on a timer to come on a little after lights on and stay on till a while after lights out. This way you wont have a big temp swing when the lights go out. The idea is to maintain a constant temp as much as possible. An extreme variance in daily temps is worse (in some cases) than a temp spike that stays.
