Chiller HELP!!!!

Been having an awfull time keeping tank cool. Even hit 89degrees one day. Fixed it by running the AC 24/7 but too much $$$$ to do that.

I picked up an AquaVia. CC 25 chiller for my tank. Spent several hours reworking sump to allow for intake pumps and tubbing. hooked it up. Only all it says is EH which means ELECTRICAL FAULT. Now I checked my wiring and even tested my outlets for voltage and bad hot/ground/netral, and all checks out OK.

Has anyone else used this chiller? Am I missing a step here? Do I have to give it a swift kick in the compressor?

hmmm,. looks like i got a bunk (broken) chiller. Replaced it and it at least turns on. we will see how well it works over the next week or so.
