Chemical Warfare?

Ok so I have one small green BTA in my tank (1inch in diameter fully opend) and one Rose BTA about 5 or 6 inches in diameter. The rose was recently added and was happy for about a day then it stopped bubbling and is now moved out of the light and has shriveld up to almost 2 inches on a good day.

Do you think it's chemical warfare between the two BTA? You can see pictures of how the Rose was happy for the first day or so in my gallery.
Now it looks really unhealthy, stringy etc. I've fed it many times and it's just not coming back. I do have 2 more MH coming in in the next few days so if light is the problem I'll have that coverd but if its chemical warfare I'll remove the midget BTA.
Thanks,
Eric

What is your present lighting? Sometimes when moved to a new tank they get stressed and end up splitting! Not really sure what is going on although stringy doesn't sound good. I wish you the best!

i do not think anemone's use chemical warefare. they have plenty of weapons as it is.

anemones are tough critters. they can just get PO and start hiding for no apparant reason.
