"checking interest ...West coast TRT get together!"
Okay, I have jealously watched Tom do the BBQ each year on the east coast and it has reached legendary proportion!
I would like to see who would be interested in a simular event on the west coast.
I have a pool, a park next door and several great outdoor spots around as we have alot of rivers etc. I am in Redding CA and would love to see some of us left coasters put together a shin dig.
The logistics would more than likely be not too bad. Beware...IT GETS HOT here.Like well over 110 in the peak of summer! (hence the pool!) If it did come to be that there was suffuciant interest we would of course try to pull it off this year but if it was too much too soon for everyones schedules next year is doable too!
So lets hear it!

What about the fall, is it any cooler then? I'd like to be able to come to the Left coast some time for a TRT get-together, there used to be a WMC once every year, but that seems to fizzled out now that I am a bit better prepared to attend...
What ever happened to the meeting once a year in the NW (Doug, Alice...)

I would love to show up to something like that! How far is Redding CA from San Diego CA? I travel to San Diego at least once a year and if it's not too much further then I'm sure I could get my car to make it, then after the BBQ I could go down to San Diego and crash at my buddies house.

robert, if you save the cash it would take to throw the shindig together, you can easily buy a ticket and make it out to the next one at toms, i think a west coast thing is a HORRIBLE idea, its just gonna start east coast/west coast gang wars like tupac and those guys. you dont wanna single handedly destroy TRT do you?

If it was in the middle, everyone would have a chance.
