Changing tanks

I am going to be transfering my old 90 gal setup to my new 100 gal. I currently have a flatworm problem in the 90 gal. I was just looking for any suggestions on a transfer process to kill the flatworms. I am going to buy some flatworm exit today. Time is not a big deal because I want to do it right. One thought that I had was to get a seperate bucket and put the flatworm exit in there and let the live rock/coral sit there for a few to kill the flatworms. Any other suggestions?

I would just treat the main tank with the flatworm exit after syphoning all the flatworms you can out then do the tank transfer with as much new water as possible to avoid the potental toxisity problems.
