Changing setup help/advice

Currently I have my 125 in my TV Room with the Sump under the cabinet, I want to remove the Sump and put it in the Laundry Room directly behind tank wall, I have a drawing of what I want to accomplish, can someone look at this and give me some advice on anything else I am missing, oh I forgot to add in the Drawing My UV which I just got so suggestions as to where to put it would be appreciated. i am guessing the sump is not drawn to scale. it looks like you will get a fair amount of bubbles back into the display with that setup. there should be a bit more room between the drain/skimmer area and the return pump area.

i would also not worry about a fuge. really does not do any good.

the best place to plumb the UV is right before the skimmer. that way anythink killed or broken down by the UV will be immediately removed by the skimmer. you do not want the UV processed materials back into the system.

The sump is 30' long I forget the exact specs, the skimmer is in the sump, so I am confused at what you mean by plumbing the UV before it? or can I just hang it on the back of the tank, with the pump located in the Sump with the Skimmer? The Sump already has an outlet that currently is sealed by PVC glue which I will replace and currently I have a mag12 in the sump, which is why I want to change things, this is the way, my LFS setup the system
