Champion Lighting purchase
Hey folks, guess I should asked this question prior to making a purchase!! I bought a MH/PC set up from them and feel I might be getting the run-around from them. About 2 weeks ago I made the purchase. I never got an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, but received an email stating my order was received and being processed and should be receiving an email regarding when it was shipped and a tracking number. I never did receive one so I called and asked about the status of my order. The guy told me my order was shipped today (19 Aug) directly from the manufacturer and they could not provide him a tracking number. I not saying they are trying to screw me but I'm just a little weary about it. I guess I'll wait and frind out if it comes!! I did see that Champion charged my credit card prior to when they said it shipped out, which I also find a little unusual. Anyone have any purchases with this company?
