Chaeto Question

I bought a couple of clumps of this stuff about 2 weeks ago. It seems like they are now breaking apart more and having smaller strands going to the bottom of my sump. The smaller pieces look as green as the bigger stuff but is this normal? I have noticed 1 spot that looks a little red, I'm guessing die off but the rest still looks pretty good.

Any thoughts?
Brian

I wouldn't worry about it too much, what are you using to light it?

Whiskey

I'm using a 65 watt 6500k floodlight from Home Depot made by Lights Of America.
