Hi Lou, Welcome to TRT. Man that can be a toughie, thats a big tank and lots of places for the evasive little bugger to hide.Short of rippin the tank apart my best suggestion would be rig a net you can leave in suspended in a front corner. After letting it sit for a few days start droppin some food over it and when its confidence level is up pull the neat, hopefully with the fish inside. PAtience is the key, if you miss the first time you might not get another chance. I have in the past seen many people advocate catching unruly damsel with a line and tiny hook, but I cant in good conscience recommend that one, at least for a flame angel.
Maybe someone else has a good idea for a fish trap or something, I know most of us have had to deal with incompatabile fishes/inverts at some point and have seen some clever solutions. HTH
