can't get goby and shrimp to pair

I have a yellow head watchmen goby and a pistol shrimp in my 20 gallon. They were added 2 to 3 weeks ago, but they haven't paired up. They don't even know they other is there. The shrimp hides on the left side of the tank, and the goby on the right. I know it is a small tank, but neither of them venture to the otherside, and the shrimp i only see its antennaes sticking out from time to time. any suggestions on how to get them to pair.

thanks
