Fish Only tanks are hard to care for. I would add live rock if you do to anything http://thereeftank.com/forums/showth...=1#post1235634

Thats my post its water only but will be FOWLR once I am done.

This is my old 240, I had a pink tail, Blue Jaw, Clown and Black Hawaii triggers along with some big damsels and lunare wrasse, Coral beauty. We moved and sold the tank, I really miss it. Just wanted to show you how colorful they can be. This may be when I first set it up before moving the fish from the 150 over to it, If you look at my blog you can see the fish.

it all depends on your taste, I am doing a FOWLR because I already have a reef tank.

Looks like no one has one. They are harder to keep I'd do a FOWL or a FO tank.

My 55g is FO. Its kinda a boring tank, maybe i need more active fish
I'll take a pic tonight
I dont see it as harder, to me its equal to my freshwater tanks, except theres salt in there

Why would it be harder to keep?

heres my 55g
inhabitants are
snowflake eel
sulfur damsel
yellow tailed blue damsel
valentini puffer
yellow tang (has anger issues, which is why hes in this tank and not my display)
niger trigger
yellow headed sleeper goby
horseshoe crab, somewhere in there
tanks easy to care for, i neglect the glass cleaning a bit though.
aquaclear 500 hob filter, no skimmer (had one, flooded two floors, i threw it out)
