can I add atleast one more fish to my 60g tank?

Hello everyone I currently have a 60 gallon FOWLR tank and my live stock consist of the following, 2" Blue Tang // 2-2 1/2 ' Yellow Tang // 1 1/2 -2" Gold Stripe Maroon.

I am aware that my current tank is very small for a blue tang however I am in the process of getting everything ready to set up a 160g tank soon it's currently cycling and I figured that this would be a good time to get LS quarantined etc. and aquainted with his future tank mates that way I will know what to expect ahead of time.

My BT & YT are pretty friendly and just swim together and stuff my GSM isnt that mean well atleast not as bad as I expected like chansing other fish etc, my question is what fish can I add to this group to complete my tank.

I am mainly looking to add atleast one more because my GSm isnt the most active swimmer so I need someone else to fill in for him LOL. Any and all suggestions are welcome thanks.

Get a fish that hops the rocks like a LMB or MIdas. Or try a fire hawkfish or if you don't have any small shrimp get a LNHF.

If your 160 is cycling now you could do 1 (one) of the above and another swimmer. Anthias or a nice wrass like a 6 line, red coris or yellow coris... Or even a bigger wrass. Wrass are neat because they make a cacoon to sleep in at night, have lots of color and swim a lot. My vote would be get a LNHF and a yellow coris.

The GSM will only bother the wrass if he came to his yard but the wrass is way faster than the GSM and would most likely not even care about the GSM. LNHF is long nosed hawkfish. Very cool fish. GSM will most likely not bother it due to them purching on rocks most likey away from the GSMs yard once he figures out where it is. They are not active fish but cool to watch and very pretty.

Coris wrass is very easy 6 line can be dificult to acclimate and get to eat and LNHF is fairly easy.

We have a six-line. It started eating right away & pretty much cleaned out our pod pop. the first week or two we had it. It looked very healthy when we got it & was the first fish into our 29 gal. (my 1st saltwater fish ever) No special acclimation for it, and it eats everything we offer it.

It spends all day weaving through & cruising over the live rock, inspecting every inch. Assuming this is typical behavior, you might like one. Active, curious, & fun to watch, IMO. Plus, it's got a lot of color

Only grows to 3 inches, though.

Hmm you made that sound so good I was just looking at the LNHF let me look at a video or two of the SL wrasse but I do have some concerns is 3" to small to the point where the GSM will try to bully it?

Wrass are fast and care free$ 6 line is prolly one of the most timid wrasses and I don't think the GSM will bother it unless it doesn't have anywhere to go. Yeloow coris will not care about the GSM.

Sounds like you've got a sweet set-up, so:
Whichever fish you decide on, don't forget to post pictures!
& you don't even have to wait until you get the new guy (hint, hint)

I have seen several 6 lines at least 5" + and they are usually good community members as well as trippy looking , a good add in my opinion

Wrass don't need sand to be happy. They are fine with out it. It will cocoon its self in your rock structure.
