can anyone identify this crab

I found this crab in my refugium yesterday and I don't know if it is good or bad to have. I noticed the crab because it was swimming around in my fuge. It swims through the water in a forward motions by kicking all of its legs very quickly. I have done a lot of looking around trying to find a picture to identify it but can't find any crab that looks like it. It's barely over a quarter inch in size and I am attaching some pictures.. I would appreciate any info. Thanks.
