Can anyone ID this algae?

This isn't super fast growing, but I have a few patches this size (dime size) here and there. Is it something I want to get out before it becomes trouble?

It is a form of bubble algea. If those things break open they can spread their spores into your tank and spread. If possible remove the rock they are on and remove them.
