i think clown tangs are meaner than most tangs and dwarf lions dont seem to mess with anyone. i think it could work if the tang knows who is boss

I had a Volitan,Yellow Tang,Tomato clown and a Blue Velvet together for 18+ yrs.Till a storm came and we had no power for 6 1/2 days!
