Calling all Organic Chemists: HELP!!

Hey all,

I'm having a beast of a time analyzing a C13 NMR of an oil isolated from Cumin seed. I know the major product was cuminalyhyde but there are many other bands on the CNMR that suggest contaminants and I can't figure out any online sources that will tell me what other essecial oils are found in cumin seeds. If anyone knows, I'd be much appreciative.

It has been a while since I have had to do any NMR work, prolly get better results using a low temp GC for essential oils and figure the results against a group of standards... ,,,but then it HAS been a while, and the gc will prolly be destructive to the sample and low volatility components.
