It has been a while since I have had to do any NMR work, prolly get better results using a low temp GC for essential oils and figure the results against a group of standards... ,,,but then it HAS been a while, and the gc will prolly be destructive to the sample and low volatility components. Most FDA labs will be more capable of telling you the best method of qualitative analysis, but for now, here are some of the components:
