Calcium reactor is driving me nuts!!!

Ok, a little help here. I got this reactor (knop c) and the valve/guage used from a fellow reefer and i cant keep the bubble count consistent. i will turn it up and it just slows down to a slow trickle over time. any ideas as to why this might be happening?

what is the low pressure setting for the reguator? the High pressure setting as well. Also, how mny turns is the main valve for the tnk open, as well as your minivlve for the low pressure setting?

Does it have a needle valve and/or a solenoid on the regulator? How old is the regulator, and hw long has it been since the seat of the needle valve has been cleaned if so equipped?

Are you using a controller for the rate of delivery? if so, how long since your last calibration?

ummmm... Duh! I am going to have to go home and take some pictures for you. it is not a fancy setup at all. the tank valve is fully opened the pressure is set at 10PSI and i have an inline valve controlling flow to the reactor. I'll have to get back to you on the rest.

Bump for more feedback, since I'll be setting up my first in a couple of weeks/months.
