Question

C-Balance

Just wondering who else uses this porduct?
I have been using it since I started and all I put in my tank for chemicals are, C-Balance Part A + B once a day.Julian Sprung's Sea Elements once a week. Julian Sprung's Strontium and Iodine.
In my Mechanical filter I have been using Chemi-Pure.
But Now I just purchased the new Chemi-Pure Elite which now removes Phospate which is a bonus...worth looking into.
I did alot of research on this product and am happy with it.
Just wanted others opinions if they use and like it.
Cheers, LLoyd

no i cant say i have used it. Alot cheaper to dose a homemade 2 part solution. www.bulkreefsupply.com

As for the other elements you are dosing i wouldnt dose them. They are replinsihed when doing weekly water changes. too much iodine i lethal. I hope you are testing for it.

I did, but it just became too expensive to use. I went with a Kalk Reactor in the end. It is a great product if you have the money.

There are better choices for dosing the tank which are not near as expensive as commercial packaged products for the hobby. As devilboy recommends, look for some homemade recipes.

I had used it for several months before. It worked just fine and then I switched to B-Ionic. Now, I'm using a calcium reactor. I never used any of those other supplements you listed. Any of those two part solutions will work well, but as stated before, they get to be a bit pricey since you constantly need more and more as the corals grow.
