Bulb configuration

I have an 8 bulb t5 setup currently. Was thinking of running (4) Actinic Plus, (2) fiji purple, (1) 11000k, and (1) 6000k.

What our your opinions? The tank is live rock with fish and some corals. Not many and just looking to get the colors to pop and not so white.

You should like it.It sounds blue.I like white but that's what me and my Coral like.

Hard saying as everyone is different but here are my initial thoughts...not sure you'll need the 6000K with 2 of the Fiji...they have a fair bit of red in them already...I would also look at the ATI versions of the other colors as they have more PAR output in the same color temp.

Take a look at the ATI Blue+ instead of the actinics. More PAR and a brighter look, but still lots of blue. Also, I agree w/ Jnicho, you can skip the 6K w/ the fiji purples. I have a 6 bulb set up and I run 3 ATI Blue+, 1 actinic, 1 fiji purple, and 1 UVL Aquasun.

ok so here is what I have planned. ATI Blue + (4), ATI pure actinic (2), KZ fiji purple (1), and UVL 10k (1).
Right now I run my actinics 2 hours before and after the 10K's. How should I run the new setup??

I'm a whiter tank person,so not sure,but maybe 1st KZ then ATI then 10K and then the opposite.

You will like the new combination. You can run the same hours as you do now, just watch the corals. If they start looking washed out, you might want to lessen the photoperiod.
