I have built a couple of them, but Idon't have any plans . On our 110 FOWLR tank I made a 5 gallon hang on refugium. It is about 32" long and about 5" wide and 9" tall. I made it L shaped as you look at it from the end, so that part of it is on the tank and part of it is hanging below the tank. I made it out of scrape acrylic with a LOT of silicon to help prevent leeks It was pretty easy to make and I have 2 bulheads, one with a pump attached and the other for the gravity drain back into the tank. HTH
