In a nano, try an emerald crab, or plain old physical removal.

Manual removal works well if the outer shell is still really dark and hard. At that stage the spores inside are not supposed to be mature yet. If the bublle is lighter in color and sort of soft, squishy, to the touch then do not break it as it will help it spread even more. The Emerald Crabs are supposed to be able to keep all of this under control; however, they have also been known to nip at other things like Ricordias as well so you need to keep an eye on them every once in a while and see what they are actually eating.

Good luck getting rid of it.
