Brown slime...what is it????

I have a brown slime that is covering all my lr and I dont know if its cyano or dinos. There aren't any bubbles in it and all of the snails I have are still kickin as far as I know. All of my corals are ok as long as I don't let the slime take them over and all of my fish are ok too. I have had this problem for about 2 months now and cant seem to get rid of it. Las month I cleaned as much of it off as I could and did about a 30g water change and in about 2-3 weeks it started to reappear. My tank is 110g with t5 lighting and I havent checked any parameters. I just figure everything is ok since nothing has died, the rock just gets covered with the brown slime......Oh, and on the bottom of the rock where the light doesn't reach there isn't any brown slime...Only where the light reaches....Some of it is reddish which makes me think cyano, but most of it is just plain old brown..

Siphon sand with python or similar device before water change.

Consider increasing flow in tank or redirecting your power-head(s).
