Brine Shrimp
A couple of days ago I started a brine shrimp hatchery. Can anyone here recommend me something good to feed them?

Green water is best in my experience. You can either culture nannochloropsis or whatever dominant strain grows when you put old tank water in a bucket in the sun.
You can gut-load with selcon before you feed the brine to your other creatures, but be careful because selcon fouls the water very quickly.
Some commercial preparations for feeding brine shrimp are made of yeast - while they are effective at growing out the brine shrimp, they don't provide for any nutrition for the fish and corals that eat the brine.
I had a culture going for about 2 years on my back step, using just whatever phyto grew from old nasty tank water. It was not a staple diet for my reef and seahorses, but it made for a nice treat. If you search for "brine culture" and my user name, you sould be able to find my culture threads in the archives. My culture was VERY unscientific bubut it thrived on neglect for about 2 years. Finally a good stretch of rainy weather diluted it and it crashed. If I'd have had a bit more time and effort invested in it, it would probably still be going today.

The thing is Im going to be feeding these things to my fish. There should be something that makes them fat and nutritous, well not fat, just a nice meal.

Yes - understood...phytoplankton and/or selcon. Gut load them for 12-24 hours and it turns them into "food capsules". Just watch the water with selcon - it's very fatty (that's what it is, omega 3 fatty acids) because it can foul and kill the brine.

Will ZOE work instead of selcon?
When do you add it to the water and how much for 1 liter of water?
I purchased a brine hatchery a week ago and started hatching 2 days ago. I have a million baby shrimp, but they are way way way too tiny to do anything with them....how do I get them to grow?

For the first two weeks, I feed with Brine Shrimp Direct's "Tahitian Blend".
After that I make a fine suspension with JEMCO's 95% spirulina flake food.
If you can buy live adult brine shrimp it would be best, but if not you could check my web page on brine shrimp that includes links to a lot of excellent information about brine shrimp.
