I got a tooth
coral frag from my LFS for 20 bucks. I figured Id try to save it as its a red lobophyllia, and would be a great addition when at full health. So my question is how far gone is gone. It had to heads, one is total skeleton, the other is totally covered but very thin. It reacts when my shrimp ran over him, and retracted. When it did so, I saw that the "mouth?" in the middle opened and I could see skeleton behind it. So how should I care for this guy. I am doing my best to keep water stable and calcium high. I have also sprayed zoecon on it with my baster to help it get nutrients.
Any other tips here? As well as placement and water flow with it being so vulnerable?
Thanks alot in advance!
Dustin
